Why it matters
Certified to do the difficult jobs, not to hang on the wall.
On a welded structure, quality control is not added at the end. You build it into the process, from the material certificate to the last weld bead.

We work carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. What we don't do in-house, we coordinate ourselves: one order, one contact person.
Frames and bases
Load-bearing structures for machines and plants, including very large ones, ready for machining.
Certified welding
MIG/MAG, TIG and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with qualified procedures and certified welders.
Assembly and pre-assembly
Welded assemblies checked in the workshop before shipping, so on site or on the line you simply install them.
Canopies and shelters
Industrial canopies, shelters and hail-protection roofs made to measure for yards, car parks and loading areas.
Machining and treatments
Milling and turning within the group at CM. Sandblasting, galvanising and painting with qualified partners, managed by us.

We don't promise 48 hours. We promise the date we write down.
A complex part isn't made fast, it's made right. That's why every order has an agreed date and a production plan that protects it.
The date in the quote is a commitment, not an estimate.

You send us the drawing
DWG, DXF, STEP or dimensioned PDF, with material, quantity and the date you need. A sketch and a couple of dimensions are enough too.

Technical review
Our engineering office reads the drawing and checks feasibility, execution class and inspections. If anything is missing, we call you straight away.

Quote with price and date
Price, delivery date, technical notes and any alternatives to save on material or processing.

Weekly plan
Every Thursday the order goes into the following week's plan. We work to finite capacity: if we accept a job, we have the hours to do it.

Production and inspection
Traced material, inspected welds, verified dimensions. Every hour is booked to the order.

Delivery with documents
Collection or shipping, with material certificates, DoP and CE marking where required.
